Devel

Devel is a suite of modules that provides helper functions, admin pages, and additional development Drush commands to use during development.

This guide is a 'just the basics' guide to getting started with Devel, and a small window into what you get when you install the module.

First, here is a link to the project's README file, and a link to the Devel API guide(s). These two links may answer your questions, but they do not provide the more basic information on how to get started and what you can use Devel for.
