Hi! I'd like to show a new Drupal 6 website: Autoscuola Valchiampo. It has been developed for a driving school and it is a simple Drupal website focused on giving useful information to the students and everyone who could need the offered services.
Headquartered in Atlanta, the Gospel Music Channel (gmc) is a channel that features uplifting music and entertainment, including specials, movies and series that the whole family can enjoy. gmc is the only TV network with every program certified as family safe by the Parents Television Council. DIRECTV, Verizon FiOS, and local cable systems bring gmc into roughly 50 million homes across the country. The brand boasts such popular shows as Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman, Highway to Heaven, Promised Land, Sister Sister, Early Edition and Amen. The website receives about 750,000 monthly page views from 250,000 unique visitors.
The channel recently launched a full site redesign in conjunction with an upgrade from Drupal 5 to Drupal 6. The project team from Mediacurrent would like to share some of what they've learned from the design and build of the site with the Drupal community.
We happy to announce that we have launch our new site called Yellow Themes (beta). Yellow Themes is a theme search engine for various Content Management System and it run under Drupal 6.x.
How do we able to search themes?
Yellow Themes has it's own crawler (which also build based on Drupal), we crawl and index theme store sites on regular basis. Right now, we crawled and indexed more than 20 theme stores ranging from WordPress, Joomla, Magento, Drupal and Presta Shop themes.
I would like to see some sites that use Subgroups for Organic Groups, that expose their subgroup hierarchies for examination by visitors, so we can see how others have done it, and perhaps ask for help.
We have around ~30,000 nodes and ~8,000 purchasable products.
It's been interesting to see how many modules in Drupal are not optimized for this type of content load.
