I've been through both lists and have updated each projcet page with the link to the handbook except in a few circumstances.

The following have handbook pages, but I could not (for some reason) find the project page:

  • File
  • Fontsize
  • Wireframe
  • PHPList
  • User Invite
  • UserTag

These are already have documentation links to texts outside of drupal.org. They were not changed:

These are already linked to INSTALL.txt or README.txt file with extensive documentation. They seem like a better resource than the current handbook page. Did not change
